Leandro Gomes Saiacua is an Angolan entrepreneur, student, and leader whose work bridges continents, industries, and communities. Currently based in Ankara, Turkey, he is studying Business Administration, Diplomacy and Public Relations, and Technology, fields that reflect his diverse passions and relentless drive for impact.
Leandro is also the general manager of Supa Services, a startup that fuses technology, audiovisual production, finance, and communication to support innovation and connectivity across sectors. He also serves as the official representative of the Angola-Turkey Chamber of Commerce and Industry, an advisor at the Angolan Embassy in Turkey, and President of the Association of Angolan Students in Turkey. This role allows him to support and empower his peers.
Throughout his journey, Leandro has played key roles in projects supported by global institutions, including UNESCO, the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, TRT, Turkish Airlines, and various ministries and embassies from Turkey, Angola, Brazil, France, and beyond. From the TRT World Next Forum to TEDx and the World Culture Festival, he has represented Angola on major global platforms, carrying with him stories of resilience, creativity, and community-building.
However, his work extends far beyond the representation showcased at various major events and organizations. With over 1,000 completed projects in fields ranging from entrepreneurship and education to public relations and volunteering, Leandro is deeply committed to uplifting and helping others. That commitment led him to found AMOR, an NGO dedicated to providing free opportunities to vulnerable children, youth, and families through programs in education, professional development, the arts, and hunger relief. Often hosted together with the Animart Center, a physical space for creativity and learning, Leandro is transforming lives from the ground up.
As Deputy Director of Graphic Design at Climate Cardinals, Leandro brings the same passion and purpose to his creative work. He develops marketing materials, event assets, and visual branding that help tell the story of a global movement making climate education more accessible. His design work is driven by the cause that matters, and it continues to grow with connection and empowerment in all that he does.
Leandro’s story is one of service and boundless energy for change. Whether he’s building startups, mentoring peers, or designing for climate action, he continually redefines what it means to lead with heart and purpose on a global scale.
