Esraa Aburehab grew up along the Nile in Cairo, where a childhood fascination with nature sparked her commitment to climate action. For over nine years, she’s crafted interactive workshops, translated climate materials into Arabic, and managed government‑supported innovation hubs that empower young entrepreneurs to build sustainable ventures ​. 

She thrives on that “aha” moment when youth connect scientific insights to their everyday lives—co‑creating mentorship circles and local youth councils to ensure every voice is heard. Guided by Climate Cardinals’ mission to democratize climate knowledge, Esraa is convinced that youth equipped with the right tools become powerful champions, driving solutions for water scarcity, land degradation, and urban resilience where they live.

Today, she’s proud to serve as Regional President for MENA at Climate Cardinals, working hand‑in‑hand with emerging leaders across the region.
